Experience

Christian Zander is a freelance Agile Coach and Certified Scrum Trainer® of the Scrum Alliance®. He has been helping people, teams, and companies to explore their potentials and to embrace the changes of market and environment as opportunities for personal and/or entrepreneurial growth since 2009.

He accompagnied the development of complex products as well as organisations on their way to more "business agility" - in mechanical engineering, banking, and the public sector. Coaching executives in fostering self-organizing teams within agile organisations is always part of his service.

Christian loves to work independently and purpose-driven and values trust, integrity, and honesty. He holds a diploma in communications engineering from the University of Applied Sciences in Cologne. He worked as an IT systems engineer at Bayer Business Services in Leverkusen for several years, before becoming CEO of the family-owned company ZNC-Software GmbH on an interim basis.

Born in Cologne, he welcomes friends and strangers alike. Following his passion, nature and mountain biking, and then his heart, he got to know different regions in Germany before settling near Cologne with his family.
